The most important purpose of personal data processing is: making purchases, as well as the development and security of our services. We also use user data for data analysis, advertising and market research purposes. BagsOff is the administrator of the personal data provided to it.

Both creating a customer account and placing an order require consent to the processing of personal data (such as name, surname, correspondence address, telephone number, e-mail).

After logging in to your account, you can always view your data and, in most cases, change it yourself, e.g. update your postal address after changing your place of residence.

In other cases, changing personal data requires contacting BagsOff.

When you place an order via the BagsOff website, your purchase data is always saved, such as:

a) Order number,

b) Details of the purchased items (name, size, color, purchase price, etc.),

c) Information on how to pay,

d) Delivery and invoice addresses,

e) Information from other service providers participating in the implementation of the contract (e.g. information directly related to payment processing, such as: preferred payment method, invoice address, IBAN and BIC or account number and bank code, credit card details and other information used by external payment service providers for identification purposes).

When interacting with the website www.bagsoff.com, data is automatically collected, based on which we learn what products, types of products or styles a given user is interested in. Thanks to this, we first display the products that are most likely to suit a given user the most. When using our servers and databases, device and access data are collected and logged in so-called server log files.

BagsOff does not disclose or transfer any personal data to third parties contrary to the law. The data is transferred only on the basis of mandatory provisions of law, at the request of authorized state authorities, in particular after the presentation of appropriate documents confirming the need to have this data for the proceedings conducted.

Within the framework of certain statutory requirements, users of our website have the following data protection rights:

a) the right to information (Article 15 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation);

b) the right to erasure (Article 17 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation);

c) the right to correction (Article 16 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation);

You can exercise all these rights by submitting a request to the e-mail address. After accepting the application in this matter, BagsOff will no longer be able to process personal data covered by the objection, unless it demonstrates that there are:

i) valid legitimate grounds for data processing that are considered by law to override the objection,

j) grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
