To return or exchange a purchased product, please submit the completed form located right next to it - on the right side of the screen. This will allow us to process your return efficiently to make shopping in our store as comfortable as possible for you.
Please remember that for returned items to be eligible for a refund, they must not be used and must contain the original tags and packaging intact.
We would also like to remind you that in accordance with consumer law, cosmetics, underwear and cosmetic accessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Complaints
We provide a 12 month warranty on purchased items. You can make a complaint about a defective item by completing the complaint form on the right side of the screen. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photos illustrating the problem so that we can consider your application quickly and effectively.
